Pros

The other employees who are great.

Cons

Management is not clear on it's vision, mission nor does it communicate well with employees. Certain employees are allowed to be disruptive and are still employed. Reduction in force went through and they are still hiring .

Pros

The people I interacted with day-to-day were great. Lots of opportunity to workshop new ideas in a publishing industry looking for new ways to do business.

Cons

The pay is not up to par. Upper management tended to be passive-aggressive at times. Communication between departments was fairly shoddy.

Pros

Perfectly nice coworkers, easy work-life balance.

Cons

Compensation was extremely low and raises were nonexistent. Management was very hands-off, but sometimes too much so.
