      The small school and great community make Adams State a great place to work.

      Pros

      Very diverse student body. Very friendly atmosphere. Living in Alamosa- close to a lot of outdoor activities.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to separate work/life because of the small school/town. It took a while to adjust to the rural-ness of Alamosa, but it can grow on you.
