      Provided with a great deal of independence throughout the experience and expected to learn things from both successes and mistakes.

      Cons

      The ability to fund the strength and conditioning program is very limited, hence the limited amount of compensation to work ratio.

      the students are AMAZING! I loved the community feel and the small size- so easy to form real relationships
