Good Place...if they keep you

Pros

Adcap was a great place to work. Lots of perks, but I have found that those who advertise the perks do so because they have to. I was paid decently at the base level, though bonuses were hard to come by.

Cons

The leadership team at Adcap is a tight-knit group. Some times that means if an idea doesn't come from within, it won't be heard. It also means, since there are familial relationships, that there is little challenge to leadership about anything. HR promises a lot, delivers a little. Advancement is very difficult.

Pros

Adcap has Nice colleagues, very convinient location, state-of-the-art office equipment, stable working hours (5 days a week - Monday to Friday), team work was important and did work very well, management was ok and was easy to talk to. other departments were also friendly and there was generally a good working environment, good mix of people (age, background, etc.)

Cons

Favoritism, very competitive moving up the career ladder. The company only cares about the bottom line, not its people.

Pros

I remember when I read the reviews on this site thinking, no way a company can really treat their people that great and have such a fun atmosphere where people work incredibly hard. Now having been here for over a year I can tell you working here exceeded my expectations!

Cons

Occasionally someone gets hired who sees the fun and flexibility at Adcap but doesn't understand that we work really hard to earn that right. They don't typically last very long so maybe we can do a better job of telling people that we only want more high performers on the team. This isn't just a play hard company, it is a WORK HARD then PLAY HARD company!
