Pros

Adcap is a company where you have the ability to take on responsibility quickly if you show you can do the job. As a company of less than 100 people, everyone knows who is working hard and pulling their weight. There is a culture of work hard and play hard, but that does not mean everyone gets in early and stays late, it just means people work hard to get things done, then have time to go spend with their family or friends. It's in a nice part of suburban Atlanta, employees are a mix of younger and middle age, there are good amenities like snacks and drinks, and picnic tables under the shade of trees right out the back door. The company keeps growing bigger and adding people, and it is in an industry that is rapidly changing and competitive, so it's possible to make some good money.

Cons

There is not as much ability to move up into management position as there is at bigger companies because there are not that many managers. It's a pretty flat organization. I don't always know what the plans are for the future.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits, nothing to write home about however

Cons

Poorly ran organization. Poor Program/Project Management. Current "PMO" represents a rats nest of scattered data across multiple components. There is a reason why this company promotes itself as "one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work"....because alot of individuals are miserable and this organization needs new blood to turn things around. Horrible On-boarding/Introduction to the Organization. Unless you like unrealistic expectations and scrutiny that has nothing to do with you but everything to do with decisions made before you got here, run. Also, talk to some of this companies former clients and see just how well they do at delivering on time given their own organizational dysfunction.

This individual was terminated in less than 2 weeks after we discovered they misrepresented their skills/experience during the interview process. It is the fastest we have ever terminated anyone by a long shot. We appreciate their feedback and encourage you, speak to our clients and employees! (I recommend that of any company you are interviewing at; don't take our word for it). There is a reason we have been recognized as a Top Place to Work by multiple organizations (that is based on anonymous employee surveys) and hold the highest level of certification from Cisco (and won 2013 Cisco Partner of the Year).

Pros

Adcap is a great place to work with an extremely friendly, inclusive and high-energy office culture. As a new college graduate I have been given extensive opportunities to learn and grow within Adcap, in a few short months. People at Adcap are very hardworking, knowledgeable and happy to help new employees learn and feel comfortable in their new role.

Cons

Learning the technologies Adcap works with can be tricky at first, if you have no experience in IT but the training provided is extremely helpful if you put in the time to learn it.
