Pros

One of the better recruiting firms for new grads to join. Great L&D team that flies you out to headquarters in Chicago for training. Opportunity to make good money if you work hard. Most employees are very personable and a lot of people have made long-term friends here. I’ve been to multiple offices and most are beautiful spaces with all the resources you need to succeed.

Cons

As a company that states they value diversity, equity & inclusion most employees are white. They also don’t give MLK, Juneteenth, Indigenous People’s Day, etc. off. These are technically floating holidays but employees aren’t eligible for floating days until Jan. 1st after your first full year. This means if you start Jan. 2nd 2024 you’d have to wait until Jan. 1st of 2026 to take MLK day off. What manager you work for also determines your experience: mine has gone through 6 or 7 team member in the 3 years I’ve been here while others haven’t had any turn over on their teams. Salaries are fine but could be better. Leadership tends to promote the “give yourself a raise” with bonus/commission approach which is most sales jobs I guess. We implemented a new software system over a year ago and a lot of employees still don’t know how to use it. There are specific goals/metrics to meet while ramping up however nowadays I don’t have numbers to hit - this could be a pro for some people!

Pros

There were a lot of pros but the main one that stuck out to me is that they care about their employees. I felt genuinely valued throughout my time there. Their salary was 100% in line with cost of living in the city I am located in, and the commission structure is pretty solid compared to other staffing agencies. Management is there to support you and genuinely want to see you succeed.

Cons

PTO in your first year is garbage, the health insurance could be better. There is a small lack of work life balance. There was at least 1 instance where my boss called me on a Saturday, but it is a sales job so that is to be expected.
