One of the things that employees tend to enjoy the most at Addison Group is the ability to run their own books of business. Our management team provides resources to employees who are then able to go out and put those tools to use. In addition, Addison Group achieves the vast majority of its growth organically, promoting employees to open new offices/lines of business regularly. Addison Group's base salaries range from office to office based on cost of living. While staffing is a commissions-based industry, Addison Group provides a competitive salary/benefits package.
