Pros

Recruiting team likes to find different options.

Cons

They lie to the company and never have the correct info. I was told they have a bad reputation but still tried them to learn it a hard way about how horrible their service is. They put in a job and told me it is technical support, but when I started with the client they told me it is just dispatching and no technical support and it is only temp and no benefits. Where as Addison Group told me it is temp to prem with Benefits. What a waste of time.

Drinking, Drugs, and Sexual Harassment

Pros

You can make money quickly

Cons

This company has a "work hard, play hard" culture, however, that means that managers are allowed to date subordinates, alcohol is in every office (wine fridge and keg-orators, and there is a ton of sexual harassment. This company does not get rid of employees that harass or sexually harass others. It is frowned upon to go to HR and HR does not like to get involved. I have personally been harassed and sexually harassed by managers as well as witnessed this happening to other employees. This is not a safe environment for young women. Drugs are also passed around the office freely among employees. Do not work here.

Pros

If you're a pretentious sheep, you're good.

Cons

Yuppie/frat culture. Protracted, long interview process. Low compensation. Bad upper level management. Super saturated market.

Addison Group Response

One of the things that employees tend to enjoy the most at Addison Group is the ability to run their own books of business. Our management team provides resources to employees who are then able to go out and put those tools to use. In addition, Addison Group achieves the vast majority of its growth organically, promoting employees to open new offices/lines of business regularly. Addison Group's base salaries range from office to office based on cost of living. While staffing is a commissions-based industry, Addison Group provides a competitive salary/benefits package. We regret that you had a negative experience with Addison Group. We value an open door policy and transparent communication at our organization and are always looking for ways to improve, so we appreciate your feedback.
