Pros

They drink sometimes on Friday’s.

Cons

Management doesn’t take responsibility for their actions, nor do they hold their team accountable, which is why their turnover rate is extremely high. Super unprofessional. There is no “open door policy”. The second you bring up an issue with management, they find a way to fire you. Also if you quit, they will tell everyone you got fired instead. There is absolutely no ‘formal’ training whatsoever other than the videos you have to watch. So if you’re new to the staffing industry, this may not be the place to make you successful. Benefits are super expensive. And Compensation plan is only benefitting the company and management.

Pros

Fun people to work with, company outings, unlimited PTO, flexible work schedules.

Cons

Low base, no appreciation, managers do not know how to effectively manage people. Health insurance was not good. Micromanagement. They don't focus on quality, they focus on quantity. If you don't drink the Koolaid you will be fired or ousted from the group of the "in crowd". There are too many inappropriate relationships, people dating each other (associates dating managers), people taking elongated lunches or not returning from lunch at all. Very unprofessional, people yelling, laughing or cussing while you're on the phone with clients/candidates. It's no wonder this group was never taken seriously by other verticals.
