Pros

The people were fun, work outtings were fun

Cons

Pay, hours, management, ownership issues over candidates, its everyone for themselves - its not a team. They say its like a family but I don't know many families that stab each other in the back for some extra commission. No diversity, everyone's is the same color. OH and once you hit your 3 year mark, (you'll see a lot of reviews from people a their 3 year mark) because they can you after 3 years. They replace everyone with recent college grads.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive for the best experience for our employees and to create an environment of growth and empowerment. As a culture focused on integrity and entrepreneurial spirit, our recruiting teams have set goals to meet and achieve. By creating a collaborative environment, our teams work to help each individual succeed and meet personal goals so both the person and team is successful. We’re also very proud of the tenure we have at Addison with many employees reaching their 5 and 10 year anniversaries and beyond. Successful people are continuously promoted as we look toward our future. We understand there is always opportunity for us to improve and we have a number of diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts in motion to help us retain and grow a diverse workforce. We work directly with our employee task force for advice and support on new initiatives, and evaluate the current state to help guide future decisions regarding our culture and recruiting efforts.

Pros

none, I'd give it half a star if I could

Cons

This company only cares about making money for themselves, not how their employees earn a living. They ask you to work long hours beyond what you're being paid for and then they threaten you when you don't. Worst management I have ever dealt, they lie to you and try to scam you on your commissions. Only work here if you don't care about advancing your career!

Pros

Casual environment, collaborative (at times), and cool work environment

Cons

I got to see both sides of the staffing industry, from the candidate and consultant side. I got to experience the staffing industry from two different companies and, yet, they were both the same unfortunate, competitive, difficult, and mentally draining industry. I will never understand why people desire to talk poorly about their colleagues behind their back to their managers, or stealing each other's clients in order to get credit towards their numbers. Why does everyone have to be a shark in this tiny pond? To make it short - staffing is not a nice, uplifting, and supportive place to work if you are looking for a long-term career. Unless you're basically emotionless and neutral about bringing others down to further yourself, then you're in the right place. Thankfully, bigger and better things await me. Best of luck to all who stay and fight like lions at the watering hole.
