      I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, and this is the BEST company I have every worked with. They truly care about their employees and offer amazing benefits. They keep you informed and engaged.

      I have no cons for Addison Group! I love it here and if there are any concerns they address them and resolve them immediately. Your voice is heard here and your opinion matters.

      As for cons, there aren’t many specific to Addison itself. The real challenge lies in the nature of recruiting and sales—it takes resilience, persistence, and the ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving and sometimes unpredictable market. But if you can stick with it, the rewards and growth potential are well worth it, especially with Addison’s structure and support behind you.
