Pros

What really stands out about Addison Group is its willingness to reflect and adjust when something’s not working—it never feels like ego or money gets in the way. Change is part of the culture, but it’s managed really well through clear communication and actually listening to employee feedback. I’ve also been consistently impressed by how much Addison Group reinvests in the business and its people—whether it’s new tech, software, or tools, they don’t cut corners when it comes to helping us do our jobs better.

Cons

Competitive? Lengthy hours because its an uncapped commission structure? Changes in division structure or regional offices based off market dynamics? This is the recruitment industry it isnt the local sand volleyball or tuesday softball league. It isnt for everyone, you either love it or you dont.

Pros

What sets Addison Group apart is the merit-based culture—your success is directly tied to the effort you put in. If you're driven, proactive, and committed to your goals, the opportunities for advancement and recognition are across the company and leadership does a good job pointing these out while staying connected to what you want to accomplish. The management team is supportive and will step to help wherever is needed but also genuinely invested in the growth and success of each individual. They lead by example and are available to offer guidance and encouragement. For anyone looking to build a successful career in sales with a company that wants to see you grow and succeed, Addison Group is an outstanding choice.

Cons

They first year can be the biggest challenge to set up a strong foundation in sales. But with the training, effort and continuing to work with leadership, new employees have been able to come in and really make a difference and grow quickly.
