Pros

Opportunity to upskill your resume, take on leadership opportunities, build a book of business, and more. Lots of opportunities to make great money, and friendships. The people here are top knotch with exposure to leadership who are invested in your success and listen and respond to feedback

Cons

You get in what you put out. Not great PTO in your first few years, but work life balance is valued. If you arent willing to put in extra hours or extra hustle, you will see that reflected in commission. Heavily based on metrics and must meet them.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you feel that, besides the couple Pros you mentioned, your experience wasn’t pleasant. Our #1 goal is to ensure a quality experience. One of the ways we help monitor this is by looking to feedback on platforms such as Glassdoor. This helps us identify new areas of opportunity where we can improve the way we work. We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling concerned, or over worked and we encourage them to do so as soon as any issues arise. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication, even now. If you would like to share more, to a specific degree about your office, reach out to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com. Please, have a great week

Pros

Nice office and salary + commission.

Cons

If you don’t make money for the company, they don’t want you there. Inappropriate and sexual comments are made multiple constantly and they think that saying these things after hours mean it is okay (even though they make these jokes in the office as well). When managers reported sexual harassment this one time, the guy was promoted to manager months later. They will call people snowflakes for not liking their offensive jokes. They’ve made r*pe jokes with witnesses, they make fun of ethnic names, they’ve made multiple offensive jokes that would ruin their career (if HR takes it seriously). A team will leave the office at 3PM to get hammered and then brag about “working 60 hours a week”. They’ve made comments about attractive waitresses while they are married with kids. I have a very long list of things they do and have done with witnesses and these witnesses include managers. Every single one of young people in the office are incredible people. This will not be their full time career, they have bright futures ahead of them. I have more to say, but I’m sure it won’t be approved to be published on this website. With the exception of a few managers, managers will smile in your face and then complain about you behind your back like mean girls. Luckily for me, this is not my career and is just a temporary job in my 20s. They hire fresh grads on purpose. I would look into a different career or company to work for. You won’t get promoted and you won’t get a raise. Plain and simple. Good luck on your job search.
