Pros

-Loved some of my coworkers and will remain friends with them for a long time -Celebrate highs -Some great learnings until it becomes the same thing every day. Then the learning stops

Cons

-ALL of management is manipulative and only looking out for themselves -Management tries to intimidate young, fresh out of college grads. If you don't have thick skin, this is not the place for you. I did learn to advocate hard for myself here. -Been lied to several times about compensation and growth opportunities -Managers contradict themselves constantly which doesn't allow anyone to be set up for success

Pros

**You can be hired as a recent grad with no experience and be taught recruiting from the ground up. **You will get to specialize in a specific skill set - IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc. - to become an expert within the industry. **There is room for growth and opportunities to relocate to other offices. **The people you work with here are what make it the best place to learn and come to work every day **Earning potential is linked to your effort and consistency and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates **Work life balance is good from day one and company continues to offer flexibility in time with proven / high performers **Tenure within the office brings a high level of experience and many to learn from

Cons

The recruiting industry can be a rollercoaster - it takes at least a year to get going for many (even if you are doing all the right things) - so you have to be willing to put in a lot of work on the front end to start seeing success in year 2 and on.
