Pros

I wish I could think of any.

Cons

As someone who used to work for other staffing firms in the area who had absolutely no idea who Addison Group was or that they were even in the industry, I have an extremely hard time taking this company seriously. Or perhaps it could also be the lack of professionalism, diversity, and productivity throughout this organization. Regardless, there are plenty of staffing firms in the area who aren’t full of racist, untalented, and immature professionals so I suggest turning to those organizations instead. Aerotek and Robert Half are great places to start!

We appreciate your having taken the time to write a review about your experience with us. Addison Group has built a very successful business and industry reputation over more than 20 years in part by steadfastly adhering to two core operating principles: 1) provide an equal opportunity for every single employee of the company, and 2) drive a clear performance-based culture. Literally thousands of great people over many years from different backgrounds have built successful, rewarding careers here and we are extremely proud of that record.

Joke of a company

Pros

The company does have a sparse amount of decent jobs for direct hires and contractors.

Cons

This is not a serious company. For low paying one to two-month temp positions, they make you jump through a bunch of hoops, like interviews, background checks, and reference checks. After you jump through hoops they string you along for weeks and then tell you the contract has been canceled. These people are a pathetic joke. I would only recommend this joke of a company if they are the only option available to you and you are extremely desperate.

Pros

Bagel Friday's close ... close proximity to Penn

Cons

Where do I begin? This place is the definition of a chaotic, gossipy hell hole. The unprofessionalism begins at the front desk. From telling you what to wear to clocking how many times you use the restroom, to the number of times you leave the office and the length of time you've been gone. If you are late or need to run out early forget it, it's straight to management . However, back desk goes and comes and that's perfectly fine. Dept. heads do nothing when you complain about the way you are treated or spoken to, or when you express your dissatisfaction with how you are being singled out based on your attire for the day. Matter of fact, if you make a complaint against these malicious pot-stirrers, you will lose in the end.
