Positive Impact: By being a part of Addison, employees have the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives that make a positive impact on their industry, community, and beyond.

Cons

Working for AG for nearly 10 years there have been very few cons to work through. It is a sales environment so the only con would be for someone who isn't intrinsically motivated doing this type of work.

There is truly no cons for working at Addison Group. The only hard part about this job and the recruiting industry is just that we deal with people that are ever changing and we can never predict what each day will hold.
