      The company and leadership are outstanding. Everyone is very supportive in terms of career goals and of employees personally. I have been able to find great work-life balance since starting this position. If you need help or have a question, the team is happy to help out. The company offers so many resources for development professionally. Definitely a great opportunity here!

      Addison Group is a company that allows you to be yourself, partner with all levels of employees no matter their title or location. It has been an amazing place to work and the partnerships you make are fantastic.

      I honestly can't think of any cons since each role you can make your own in a lot of ways.
