      Pros

      If you perform well, they’ll treat you nicely and give you flexibility and different types of incentives. Depending on what manager tug have, you can have a good team.

      Cons

      Benefits are just okay. Not great. There’s constant pressure to produce. If you don’t, they’ll cut you.

      Great, if you are early in your career looking to get exposure to the industry

      Cons

      Comp structure is not on par with other firms in the same space. No diversity and zero focus to change that.
