One of the things I appreciate most is that the effort you put into your career is truly awarded. There are opportunities for personal and professional growth, and leadership genuinely supports your development. It’s a highly collaborative environment where everyone is working towards the same goal, which makes it easy to stay motivated and aligned with the team. The culture encourages open communication and I always feel my contributions are valued. Overall, it’s been a rewarding experience!

Cons

Recruiting can be challenging depending on what’s going on in the market, however with dedication and persistence, it becomes incredibly rewarding when you see the results of your hard work pay off. It’s not easy, but seeing the personal and professional growth that comes with overseeing these challenges makes it worth while.

Pros

I've worked at Addison Group going on 7 years now and can confidently say that there are multiple avenues for growth. I have had the opportunity to start at the bottom and move into management. From when I first started, the training has improved significantly. PTO is unlike many other companies (especially with longevity) allowing for me to enjoy time off. Work-life balance with remote/hybrid opportunities. As well as the ability to shut off my computer at the end of the day and not feel tied to emails/phone calls. Recognition has also improved over time with the new monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiative.

Cons

Transparency could be improved. Quicker decision making. Higher pay.
