Whether it’s brainstorming ideas or lending a hand on projects, the camaraderie is palpable and makes for a positive work atmosphere. The company’s wellness program is another highlight. It offers various resources and initiatives that encourage a healthy work-life balance, contributing to overall well-being. Additionally, the hybrid schedule is a game changer. I have worked at Addison Group for a while now and the culture is expectational. I work with great people who value me both as a coworker and friend. Every leader I have worked under has been incredibly supportive of my growth and they have provided me with anything I need to succeed. The job can be challenging but I know that I have the resources and people I need to be successful here. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in employee resource groups. The DEI initiatives have been very welcoming and educational. I hope they continue to expand more in this area as it has been a great community to meet other people in the company that I otherwise would have never met.

Cons

Being a sales driven company, the work life balance is not for everyone and Addison Group would heavily benefit from establishing company wide remote/hybrid policies. Every team seems to have a different work from home policy and this can cause tension from other teams that are expected to be in office more. I would say pretty much every job here could work remote but some managers have strict in office only policies. I also think that starting salaries for recruiters and bdms are rather low. I know the compensation should be mostly reflected in their commission but some people may struggle to live comfortably when just starting the job.
