      The leadership in our office is excellent. The employees here actually like coming to work here and are very supportive of each other. As opportunities are available, the managers promote from within as much as possible. I also like the way things are run for the most part on a corporate level. I can tell I work under some very passionate people and it's inspiring.

      Cons

      Though I feel that the culture is positive and thriving in my location, I have heard stories of a lack of cohesiveness in other offices.
