      Pros

      I have been at a few other staffing firms.. This is the best situation I have been in. No company is perfect, and management understands that there are always improvements to be made (which in sales is hard to find). The culture is great -- do your job, get the results, and no one is watching over your every move. Management is very supportive and actually cares about you succeeding and that you are happy. I am not sure what the below comments are referring to... Maybe people who have never had another job?

      Can be chaotic at times. This is to expect in any sales environment.

      Pros

      Addison provides an outstanding opportunity for those that are extremely driven and focused on achieving goals. Strong communicators, who are organized and skilled in building relationships both externally and internally can be very successful here.

      Cons

      If needing a lot of hands on encouragement this environment might not be the best fit.
