      -A lot of incoming business -Great for someone trying to start their recruiting or sales career -Solid training program for new recruiters -seems like there are a lot of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Hard to stand out - its a large environment - gotta keep the grind to be successful A bit cliquey - everyone just knew everyone already

      -Always provides the tools we need. Even if they do not already have a certain tool - they will find a way to accommodate. -Management actually listens to concerns and suggestions -No stranger to positive reinforcement
