Was hired as a sales rep, after starting was then told i needed to recruit for my MANAGER’S jobs to “earn it”, and then they only choose their own candidates to get double paid. Such a scam of a setup.

I’ve worked at Addison Group for several years and I appreciate how we promote from within and the culture that each team cultivates is supportive and open to new ideas. I really enjoy working here and the opportunities I’ve been given.

Cons

I think there are areas we could be a bit more competitive to move with the current market but I have confidence in our leadership that they are making the best decisions for our company.
