      Great employer, tons of training and opportunity

      Pros

      Addison Group is big on training new employees and making sure they are comfortable in their role. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within the organization and even departments. Top performers are rewarded and it offers a sales culture.

      Cons

      It's a national company, so every office does things differently and communication can vary.

      flex schedule, CEO has the right idea but the managers have no idea what they are doing

      Cons

      Stressful, the team doesn't know how to resolve conflicts or have professional conversations. High school all over again... "frat boy" mentality. 90% of employees are fresh college grads, unprofessional environment and managers.
