      Nothing to enter here. They were not a good company.

      Cons

      Was a top producer for the organization. I went to HR to address some unprofessional behavior exhibited by managers. The HR department was friends outside of work with my manager and I was fired after reporting the behavior to HR. Horrible work environment.

      •Being part of the SEA team and working alongside group of talented and supportive colleagues •Working in an environment that fosters independence and empowers employees to take ownership of their work without intrusive supervision •Flexibility to manage your own time and set your own schedule •Great manager

      Cons

      •Downside is that the full bonus may not be realized due to the company's performance. While bonuses are part of the compensation package, they are subject to the overall performance of the company.

      There has been significant growth over the years, and there is more ahead. This will create more opportunities and additional career paths for individuals.

      Cons

      Rather than a “con”, the reality of this industry is that high performers will thrive, while consistent underperforming individuals typically don’t last so turnover can be higher than other industries.
