Addition is really focused around providing the best service to their members. They also provide good benefits such as 401k, sick time, PTO, and 2 days paid for you to volunteer with any organization of your liking.
Cons
Addition Financial does focus more so on the success of the business more than ensuring staff members are compensated for the actual work we're doing. An example of this is we're required to have our NMLS, Right to sell loan insurance, and extended warranty to not be given an annual bonus and be paid entry level salary. Addition has also made huge culture changes within the last year. These culture changes has led to a lot of staff feeling insecure in their position and unsure on what the future holds for us. The structure of this company falls solely on the executives. We're always left to find out about changes within the credit union after the decision was already decided which leaves the staff feeling excluded being that these decisions affects the frontline staff directly. For anyone looking to grow within this credit union will have to make a sacrifice of having to drive all the way to Lake Mary for any back office positions, and branch positions continue to be reduced due to shortage of members visiting the branches which then cuts opportunity in branches as well.
