Pros

Addon offers a workplace where all can converge with equal ease. It gives employees space to operate, autonomy to drive projects with quick recognition and rewards. Performance appraisals are not bound in annual cycles – encouraged to be more frequent and more widespread.

Cons

Well, I can't see... but yes Addon is definitely not a place for those, who are unenthusiastic or afraid of work…..

Pros

Management at Addon is very accommodating, they give the employee a sense of family and that they really care. They will go out of their way for you if you are in need and that is a lot compared to most companies that just see you as a number.

Cons

The guest houses fill up way too quickly and can be hard for consultants to get around if they don't have a car.
