      Pros

      Besides the timely access to salary & benefits, one of the biggest advantages to be part of Addon team is that you learn on daily bases by performing multiple tasking and dealing with number of people with different background. It makes the job interesting and challenging. The environment is friendly and highly professional turning the working place comfortable.The Management believes in job enrichment and believe in keeping the employees well motivated. I am enjoying my experience with Addon and looking forward to be part of it for long.

      A pure organization with ethics. I enjoy my job because I meet friendly people each day who are supportive And competitive at EOD :) Rewards hard work and promotes internally. V Important HR staff are interactive.

      Pros

      Good place to start career and nice training programs to pursue career. Over all training is awesome and placement process is very quick.

      Cons

      Need to go to office everyday which is kind of really challenge to stay the whole day in the office.
