I have pros of working here

Cons

They will try and send you all over the country for just two hours a day. When they hire you on thwy promise all kinds of hours but in my experience they only gave me two hours a day everyday except for Sunday and when I emailed my Carenotes to the company not once but TWICE everytime they shorted my last paycheck by atleast $50!! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! !!

At this point the only Pro to this job is the clients.

We are severely over-worked lately, every Branch Director left for the same competitor and services coordinators and some of the most reliable caregivers are following them out the door. This has always been a fast paced environment and the few of us left consider ourselves up to the challenge.

I've made some good friends.

Ideas are not thought out before they are executed. H.R. has not done a good job of screening employees. Everyday operations are akin to the Keystone Cops. No joke. The company pays big salaries to the incompetent. If you can B.S. your way through an interview, your guaranteed competitive compensation. You can be there for years and no one will no you have no skills.
