Pros

I was hired on to take calls for one company. During my year of employment, that increased to 13 companies including chats, emails, and customer service queue. I liked learning new things. It kept it interesting.

Cons

Despite learning to manage 13 different companies incoming online customer service calls, I was still paid the same as others who did just enough not to get fired.
