They help people with crim records to find employment even though it's usually temporary due to main company may not hire permanently due to crim recorda

Cons

Worked for call center Radial on a temp basis for over 1 1/2 years and was not hired permanently due to Radial's background requirements. No ones fault but my own for crim history but felt devalued and expendable after displaying dependability and above average metrics consistently and then just let go despite being one of top agents on account.
