Pros
I'm currently employed through Adecco, but my current contract is about to expire/up for renewal. I've had the chance to experience a lot of different job duties and atmospheres and beef up my resume with real experience and skills. With my former rep., I was able to find jobs that exposed me to a variety of work environments and cultures, even when friends of mine were having trouble getting a foot in the door.
Cons
My former Adecco rep. resigned her position a few months ago, and while I know the name of the new rep., I have neither met with nor spoken to her. I got an email from a separate Adecco rep., but after replying to her and sending in my resume, I haven't heard a thing.
