Pros
The best reason would be if you could not get in anywhere else and needed money to eat.
Cons
They are paid more than 30% of the of the pay your job site employer pays to get you to do the work. They don't return calls from you. They picked only ONE health insurance plan which was the worst one that met Affordable Care Act so you couldn't get Federal subsidy even you had low wages and would qualify. There was NO 401-K match. Some of these reviews are recruiters for Adecco who have better benefit packages but the contingents are treated like slaves.
