Pros

they find you work quickly

Cons

poorly paid, no benefits, even city mandated time given for sick days is very hard to use. Getting wages adjusted when promotions happen is very difficult. If you have a problem with anything, the office is hard to get a hold of and not receptive.

Pros

Everyone in the region is extremely welcoming and helpful. Adecco provides training and endless resources to help you. There is a lot of support within the branch, so if you do happen to miss a day or two there are other recruiters in the office to help back you up. There is good communication between recruiters and upper management (branch managers, sales, operations, rvp, vps). Overall I have been very happy and satisfied working here.

Cons

This isn't a huge con/negative but not only are we recruiters but we are counselors, payrollers, trainers, therapists, etc. We deal with different people, different issues, different things every day & we should have a bit of a higher salary to show for it.
