Pros

If you have experience its a good opportunity because the staff is not really good "recruiting". So if you actually have done recruiting is a very simple job.

Cons

The higher management team is very old school and needs to bring new blood that can bring new ideas and motivate the staff. If they hired better recruiters in the temp team that at least had college degrees, the sales/profit would increase and so would the level of service. Things have changed and its important to improve with the times. The old Rolodex mentality is not current...I think this is why probably the pricing is so low. No opportunity for growth employees keep the same position for up to 20 years with the same compensation and the commissions are a joke.
