      Medical and Dental benefits are great

      Adecco is all about politics. Managers usually promote those who are considered the favorite and overlook tenured staff. This happens at all levels of Adecco from the general staffing office to the national account department. Managers are usually unable or unwilling to pay for knowledgeable colleagues and are willing to let good talent walk out of the door.

      Temp Agency posing as a technical recruiter.

      Pros

      This company is probably OK for warehouse workers or administrators. They seem geared to support that kind of position.

      Cons

      This company was not suitable as a high-tech recruiter. They do not offer the support, institutional knowledge and expertise needed to hire highly qualified professionals. Their benefits are non-existent and their recruiters told me a few things about 401(k), vacation time, and other perks that turned out to be false. I don't blame them. They were clearly not trained for the position. Additionally, one week I did not receive a paycheck and the regional manager got defensive and hostile when I complained about it.

      Pros

      They get you working fast.

      Cons

      They could care less if you get paid on time. They will low ball contractors vs other agencies. I worked along side another contractor on a jobsite, and he was making $5 an hour more through his agency, and we where doing the same job. No support.
