      Good company, great benefits in a challenging industry

      Pros

      Benefits are exceptional (health, life, supp life, dental, 401k) Supported by team and management. Practical and reasonable. Better than average Direct Hire comp plans (several to choose from)

      Cons

      Industry and especially Adecco suffer from local management turnover. Not known for Direct Hire but rather Temp and temp-hire, so branding and expectations must be overcome from both clients and candidates. In other words, both parties think you are calling about temp or temp-hire opportunities not Direct Hire.

      Absolutely terrible experience with Adecco (but not the client I was contracted to).

      Pros

      Only if absolutely necessary - can be a great way to get a permanent position with a client they contract for.

      Cons

      Local Adecco representatives were disrespectful and never helpful - sometimes they would not respond to emails and calls about important issues like payroll. I never had a single pleasant experience talking to one of the local representatives.

      Pros

      Decent starting wages, Well known company, opportunity to work with big name companies, opportunity to learn more about the recruiting field.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to the concerns of their employees, management can act very unprofessional in regards to situations with employees, awards/raises/promotions seem to be given based on favoritism more than merit.
