Pros

The benefits of working at Adecco are basically the things that are good about working as a temp. It's hard to think of what those are.

Cons

I encountered some hostility and belittlement when I sought an ADA accommodation. There was nothing explicite or illegal about that but here are some things that are: - Male managers were paid more than female managers. - When my coworkers talked about that among one another, an Adecco rep announced to our whole team that if anyone was caught discussing their pay with coworkers they would be fired. - At a company where my friend worked, Adecco was contracted to assist with hiring. When arranging an interview with one deaf person, they asked the person to bring their own interpreter. Law mandates that Adecco would have to provide the interpreter in this situation.

Pros

Everyone I worked with at the Marysville, OH location was very positive and energetic. They have always helped work out any issues I had while on assignment at Honda

Cons

This is a temporary placement company, though a lot of the job opportunities have the potential for full time employment
