Good work schedule, decent pay, Nice coworkers, good work area, decent benefits package

Cons

CEO only cares about her job and money and just wants to get rid of anyone who disagrees with her or who is not her friend or buddy the people that do crappy work that are her friends stay the people that lost their bot work hard work long hours get let go — she has no compassion or ability to think or appreciate people who work hard and do their job properly

Good benefits in terms of vacations and retirement contributions. Global opportunities , but you must find and pursue them yourself. Has a strong market position globally, especially in China.

Cons

Lot of uncertainty in direction since split from Johnson Controls
