Accepting this position and relocating my family for it has been the biggest mistake of my life. It did not take long to see how awful this company is and this is not sour grapes. Many of my co-workers will express the same sentiments. Adient's soul purpose is to raise its own stock and they will do that by any means necessary, even if it means misleading Wall Street which they and were caught red handed. Thus, the reason Adient stock fell $50 from early 2018 to current YTD. They are poorly managed from the top to the bottom. Management is forced to save money which results in cutting corners at the expense of Quality and employee Safety. There is zero accountability at the company. So, if you suck, come work at Adient. You won't get fired.

Short-term focused management. No more forward thinking strategy. Lost a lot of top talents in leadership as well as mid management recently. No longer portrays the great company culture it once had as a part of Johnson Controls.
