      Horrible leadership; arrogance that defies improvement at high level; inability to hold plant-level managers accountable without creating a hostile environment; unable to develop managers internally and unwilling to hire them externally when it counted - now it’s too late

      Somewhat flexible work hours when they align with core hours. You can work from home when there is a blizzard.

      Cons

      Horrible management, a non-existent career advancement pipeline and the continuous moving of goal posts to keep you trapped and under-compensated.

      Executive leadership is extremely political and only have their career progressions in mind. Does not look internally for advice from senior leadership but spends millions on advice from consulting firms and individuals who have just graduated from college.
