Pros
Global teams, interesting work, long history in the automotive seating business, with former manufacturing in automotive interiors as well.
Cons
The company is in dire straits and massive department-wide layoffs have been going on for 6+ months, leaving surviving employees in a constant state of uneasiness, stress and hopelessness. Job security and the hopes for advancement are almost non-existent. Not worth the stress!
