Pros

The people were amazing. There was no backstabbing and they really follow the career path you want to lay out. Also the mentoring program is amazing, I really got a lot out of it.

Cons

The company has 2 lawsuits against them, naming the former CEO and current CFO. They overspend and never pay their vendors. Company policy is also not to give any references when you are laid off.

Cons

Men are promoted more, terrible on boarding process, aging workforce, HR incompetence, no training, constant moving people, workload is excessive, team members bully others especially women, a few old timers rule the campus like HS and more.
