Some pros only applicable for some department. As some departments employees are given so much burden of work that they cant attend any event. But also have to work on weekends, almost every week. And always harassed against poor ratings, and eventually given less increments. This is due to only few managers who have spent decades serving the company and have no fear, but want to show tht they have helped making profit, by more output from employees and less increments..
