Covered bullying justified by working on a production line (so-called Just In Time environment). Huge turnover, people unfairly treated. Gossiping and blaming culture is rife. Family members working in the same open office, even in the same department, which is unfair to colleagues and seems like a violation of company policy but overlooked. Avoid at any costs
