Pros
The Insurance is good new joiners get 15 days + year end shutdown of 5 days usually + another 10 days of Holidays in US Work culture is ok. Take pride in working for one of the biggest Auto Seat manufacturer. Have got very good JVs in China which probably will provide lot of income in the future.
Cons
The pay grade is not transparent. You might think a large company does good job of matching employee with their skill and designation. I felt it is all negotiation and demand. I f done correctly you might end up in junior position and someone with lower skill might go on higher pay grade. It is a new company which broke out of JCI. That is the good part and bad part too. Now it has to prove its independence.
