      flexible timing and long term vision of company

      infrastructure and facility in India. no allowance for travel. only at actual expenses.

      Pros

      You can make really good money since they are a 6 to 7 days a week at my plant. The other employees are friendly and make it an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Can be a high stress job. You can loose out on a lot of family time as you will be working most of the time. Understaffed in certain departments and shifts. 1st shift hours are start at 5:30am and run 8 to 10 hours. 2nd shift runs 5:00pm and runs 8 to 10 hours. It depends on what line you are on and the day you work.

      Pros

      Everyone that I have come in contact with so far has been receptive and friendly. There is a certain amount of transparency within the company that gives me a confident feeling.

      Cons

      This is my first time in a large company so for me it is the sheer size and number of people. This can be a roadblock as there are too many steps that need to be taken in order to get an answer.
