You get to travel often thanks to its several global locations, and discover new things everyday thanks to the complexity of a complete seat (metal frame, foams, trim covers etc)

Cons

I don’t see any disadvantages yet, after one year working at Adient! Maybe a lack of communication in some cases but nothing major.
