      Pros

      Most people are great to work with a lot of people seem clueless to what needs to be done.

      Cons

      Cliques in corporate setting, there is a 'Safran-Mafia' & a former car/automotive group. This causes power struggled between non clique members and management.

      None it is all bad 100%

      Cons

      They will force workers to take massive pay cuts ($5+) so they will quit. This avoids them paying unemployment. This place is ridiculously hot. No AC on the floor. Safety is always an issue. They don't care about your loyalty. Many have been there over 15 years. Everyone else is expendable and used and abused.
