      The cafeteria food is good.

      Cons

      The HR department recycles job ads with no intention of filling them. They do this as a matter of course. Don't waste your time applying. Your application will most likely go straight into a database and forgotten.

      Game of thrones being played out as you move higher in the organization not for the faint of heart. Adobe does not practice the culture that it espouses Top level management (VP/GM) is visicious and can be vindictive

      Great Benefits like Stock Purchase, Health, Wellness

      Cons

      You don't have a voice as leadership is self serving and will change livelyhoods without listening to line managers or those who have their compensation tied to performance. Most all of inside sales is looking to jump ship due to the decisions of one Sr Director who refused to listen to his managers. They are making it impossible to be an asset to our teams. Overall Moral is at an all time low, in 4yrs I haven't seen it this bad.
